A few years ago, our founder encountered a pivotal experience that reshaped his perspective on recruitment. A candidate with an impressive resume, glowing references, and flawless interview responses was hired for a Business Development role. Within six months, it became evident that the individual’s actual experience was limited to basic follow-ups and small lead management, falling far short of the expertise that had been presented.

This experience highlighted a critical gap: behind every polished resume lies a deeper story that conventional processes often fail to uncover. Some candidates undersell their true capabilities, while others overstate their achievements so convincingly that even experienced recruiters find it difficult to detect the discrepancies.

The realization was clear. Successful hiring requires moving beyond “What did you do?” to “How did you do it?” It is this deeper inquiry that reveals authentic skill, experience, and potential.

With the rapid advancement of Generative AI and Agentic AI, this vision evolved into a tangible solution. Thus, Conversin AI was founded as a platform capable of holding intelligent, human-like conversations with candidates to uncover the truth behind resumes.

Over time, the platform expanded beyond voice conversations to include resume parsing, candidate scoring, truthfulness detection, and predictive analysis, ultimately becoming a comprehensive recruitment intelligence system.
